Terms of service
Last updated: June 19, 2026
Acceptance of terms
By downloading, installing, or using 75 Her you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What 75 Her is
75 Her is a personal habit tracker built around a 75-day self-development challenge. You pick (or build) a list of daily tasks, log them as you finish, and look back through your progress over the run of the challenge. You can also add friends so accepted friends can see each other's progress. The app is intended for personal, non-commercial, informational use.
Not medical or professional advice
75 Her is not a medical, fitness, or nutrition app. Anything in the app — task suggestions, defaults, copy — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare or fitness professional. Talk to a real human before making meaningful changes to your diet, exercise, sleep, medication, or mental-health routines.
Subscriptions and in-app purchases
Subscriptions are billed by Apple through the App Store and governed by Apple's standard subscription rules:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You manage and cancel your subscription through your iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. We can't cancel it from our end.
- Refunds follow Apple's policies; we don't process refunds directly.
- If Apple reviews a refund request, we may use RevenueCat to share refund-related subscription, purchase delivery, account identifier, and app usage/consumption information with Apple. By using 75 Her and making an in-app purchase, you consent to that refund-related data sharing. We may indicate a preferred refund outcome, but Apple makes the final decision under Apple's policies.
Privacy, analytics, and attribution
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use service providers for app functionality, subscriptions, product analytics, and advertising attribution. By using 75 Her, you agree that we may process data as described there.
Your content
Your content includes the task text, profile details, photos, proof photos, progress logs, and other material you add to 75 Her. You keep ownership of your content. We don't claim it as ours, sell it, or use it to train AI models.
You give us a limited licence to host, store, process, copy, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, maintain, protect, and improve 75 Her. This includes showing your profile, tasks, completion status, and progress photos to accepted friends through the friends feature, and showing limited profile details when users search for or discover friends.
You're responsible for what you choose to capture or share. Don't upload anyone else's photos without their consent and don't share content that violates someone else's rights.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app in any way that violates the law.
- Upload or share content that is abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, threatening, defamatory, invasive of privacy, or otherwise objectionable.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app, except where local law specifically permits it.
- Interfere with or attempt to circumvent the subscription / entitlement system.
- Use the app to harass, threaten, defame, or harm anyone.
- Upload someone else's photo, private information, or intellectual property unless you have the right to do so.
- Redistribute or resell the app or any part of it.
Friends and safety
Friend sharing is designed for people you choose to add and accept. Accepted friends may see your profile, task list, completion status, and progress photos shown in the friends experience.
If you see content or behaviour that breaks these terms, email freya@frederickjames.net with enough detail for us to review it. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend access, or delete accounts where we believe it is necessary to protect users, comply with the law, or enforce these terms.
Intellectual property
The 75 Her app, brand, copy, design, and code are owned by Frederick James Dev and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for its intended purpose. Everything else is reserved.
Service availability
The app is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every feature will work on every device or iOS version. Backend services, friend sharing, uploads, downloads, and other networked features may occasionally be unavailable. Features may change, be added, or be removed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Frederick James Dev and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost streaks, lost photos, or any harm arising from your use of (or inability to use) 75 Her, or from acting on anything the app suggests.
Termination
We can suspend or terminate access to 75 Her if you violate these terms. You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device, and you can request deletion of account and server data by contacting us.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The version on this page, dated at the top, is the current version. Continued use of the app after a change constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
