The short version

75 Her is built so your data stays on your phone. We don't run servers that store your habits, photos, or progress. We don't ship analytics SDKs or ad trackers. We don't sell, share, or train models on anything you do in the app.

The only things that ever leave your device are: a subscription receipt that goes to Apple and our subscription provider so we know whether your subscription is active, and any direct support email you send us.

What we collect

Effectively nothing.

  • Your habits, completion logs, daily streak, photos, and profile picturestay on your device in the app's private container. They are not uploaded anywhere by us.
  • Subscription status is managed by Apple and relayed to us through RevenueCat (our subscription provider) so we can tell whether you have an active subscription. No habit data, photos, or personal info is shared with RevenueCat.
  • We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, location, contacts, photo library contents, IDFA, advertising identifiers, or any device fingerprint.
  • We do not use analytics, crash reporting, or ad-attribution SDKs.

Photos

Photos you take inside 75 Her — your profile picture and any proof photos for daily tasks — are written to a local app container on your device. They never leave your phone unless you explicitly share them through the iOS share sheet (e.g. saving to your Photo Library, sending to a friend, or posting to a story).

The home-screen widget reads these photos through an Apple App Group container, which is also fully on-device.

Subscriptions and Apple

Subscriptions are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We use RevenueCat to validate Apple's receipts and tell the app whether your subscription is active. RevenueCat may receive an anonymous user ID, the product purchased, and the subscription status. It does not receive your habits, photos, name, or email.

Permissions we ask for

  • Camera— used only when you tap to take a proof photo of a daily task. We don't access the camera in the background.
  • Photo Library— used only when you choose to pick an image (for a task, profile photo, or wallpaper) or save a generated wallpaper. We don't scan or upload the library.
  • Notifications — used to send the reminders you opt into. The notification text is generated locally on your device.

All three are optional. The app keeps working if you decline.

Children's privacy

75 Her is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 13.

Your rights

Because we don't store your habit or photo data, there's nothing for us to export or delete on a server — wiping the app from your phone wipes everything. You can also use Profile → Delete all photos or Profile → Restart challenge in the app to clear data locally.

If you have any subscription or support request, email freya@frederickjames.net and we'll handle it manually.

Changes

If we update this policy, the date at the top of this page will change and the new version takes effect when published. Continued use of the app after that date counts as acceptance.
